Business continuity and suitable integration of systems are essential for ensuring smooth interaction of the Client with other public administration entities and efficient support for insurance services for more than 8 million policyholders. Our task was to conduct comprehensive testing activities to improve the quality of technical project commissioning.
We developed a software testing policy. We defined the scope of testing activities, defined “good practices” of testing, and established a set of quality assurances guidelines to be used for the conduct of all projects. The project was complemented by the creation of a set of test documentation templates according to the IEEE 829-1988 standard.
