Our task was to implement a system supporting the processing of loan applications submitted in our client’s partner network.
Development of a new central system of loan application management required fundamental changes in the architecture of key customer information systems. We developed and implemented an integration bus according to the SOA model. In order to avoid delays related to access to external data, we prepared an original mechanism automatically collecting data from the Credit Information Bureau (BIK) and the table of currency exchange rates of The Polish National Bank (NBP) which shares data as web services in the internal systems of the bank. Archiving of BIK reports also allowed them to reduce external costs (each access to data from BIK is paid separately). Simultaneously, we performed an integration of the Client’s financial – accounting system with the system of their business partner.
